How pricing works
You pay per second of generated video, at a rate set by the model, resolution, and quality tier — and only when the video succeeds.
The formula
price = rate per second × clip duration
The rate depends on three choices you make on the submit form (or in the API call):
- Model — Wan 2.2 or LTX-2.3.
- Resolution — higher resolutions cost more per second.
- Quality tier — Faster < Standard < High < Highest. Higher tiers spend more rendering steps on motion and detail.
Every rate is listed on the public rate card, which is pulled from the same configuration that bills your jobs — what you see is what we charge. The submit form also shows the total price of your exact clip before you submit.
Example
A 5-second clip at a $0.04/second rate costs $0.20. A 10-second clip at $0.06/second costs $0.60. A batch of one hundred 5-second clips at $0.04/second costs $20.
What you never pay for
| Situation | What you're charged |
|---|---|
| Video completes | The quoted price — no more, no less. |
| Generation fails | $0. Failed jobs are never billed. |
| No jobs this month | $0. There is no subscription, no plan, and no minimum. |
Choosing a tier without overpaying
- Faster — cheap drafts: test a prompt or an input image before committing to a final render.
- Standard — the default; good enough to publish for most use cases.
- High / Highest — final renders where motion richness and detail matter most.
A common workflow: iterate at Faster on a low resolution until the prompt is right, then re-run once at High for the final. Run again on any job re-fills the form with its settings, so this loop is quick.
