Terms of Service

1. The Service

GetMeCompute is a webhook-first platform for asynchronous AI video generation. You submit a job (an input image, a prompt, and parameters); we run it on GPU compute we provision on your behalf, store the result in object storage, and notify your webhook. The Service is optimized for cost and batch throughput, not real-time latency. GetMeCompute is currently in beta and features, pricing, and models may change.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your credentials. Keep your credentials and any webhook secrets confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to generate, upload, or distribute content that:

• is unlawful, or that depicts the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors (CSAM);
• is non-consensual intimate imagery, or a deceptive impersonation (“deepfake”) of a real person intended to defraud, defame, or mislead;
• uses a person’s likeness, voice, or a third party’s intellectual property without the rights or permissions to do so;
• harasses, threatens, or incites violence against, any person or group;
• contains malware, or is used to probe, overload, or circumvent limits of the Service.

We may use automated and manual review to enforce this policy, and we may refuse, delay, remove, or report any job or content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that we reasonably believe violate it. See our Privacy Policy for how job content is handled.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the inputs you submit and the outputs you generate. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your inputs and outputs solely to operate and secure the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit your inputs and to generate and use the outputs. We do not use your inputs or outputs to train models.

5. Fees & billing

Generation is priced per second of generated video at the rates shown at submission time, and you are billed only on successful completion — failed jobs are not charged. Prices are exclusive of taxes. During beta, pricing and billing mechanics may change with notice.

6. Availability & service levels

We operate durable queues, automatic retries, and dead-letter safety nets so that accepted jobs are not silently dropped. However, during beta the Service is provided on a best-effort basis with no contractual uptime or turnaround guarantee. Any service-level commitments will be introduced as a separate, clearly-marked agreement.

7. Disclaimers

The Service and all outputs are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for a given purpose; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or publishing them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetMeCompute will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify GetMeCompute against claims arising from your inputs, your outputs, or your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. On account deletion we remove your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above, and where appropriate we will provide additional notice.
