Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data GetMeCompute collects, why, who processes it on our behalf, and the rights you have over it. It applies to getmecompute.com and the GetMeCompute API.

1. Information we collect

  • Account data — your email address and authentication data, handled by our auth provider (Supabase).
  • Job content — the input images, prompts, and parameters you submit, and the generated video outputs.
  • Usage & billing data — job metadata (model, resolution, duration, compute time, cost, status) used to operate the Service and calculate charges.
  • Technical data — logs, request metadata, and product analytics collected to keep the Service secure, reliable, and improving.

2. How we use it

We use your data to provide and secure the Service: to run your jobs, deliver results and webhooks, calculate billing, prevent abuse, and diagnose and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your job inputs or outputs to train AI models.

3. Sub-processors

We rely on the following providers to operate the Service:

  • Supabase — authentication and the application database (job records).
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — object storage (S3) for inputs/outputs and the control-plane compute.
  • Vast.ai — the GPU compute that runs generation jobs.
  • Vercel — website hosting and product analytics.
  • Hugging Face — distribution of the open-source model weights we run.

Each processes data only as needed to provide its part of the Service.

4. Storage & security

Data is stored in the United States — object storage (your inputs and generated videos) in AWS us-east-1, and the application database in AWS us-west-2. Object storage is encrypted at rest (SSE) and access is restricted; data in transit is protected with TLS. Access to production systems is limited to what is required to operate the Service.

5. Data retention

  • Input images are only needed transiently for inference and are automatically expired from storage (currently within ~30 days).
  • Generated videos are retained so you can download them, until you delete them or your account.
  • Job records are retained for billing, security, and history; operational logs are retained on a rolling basis (currently up to ~90 days).

6. Your rights

Depending on your location (including under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can request account deletion and a data export by emailing privacy@getmecompute.com; we will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

7. International transfers

If you access the Service from outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our sub-processors operate.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the Service evolves; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
